The Design sprint is a process that leverages the principles of Design Thinking to rapidly solve big challenges, create new products or improve existing product designs.
The concept originally came from Google ventures, and has evolved into a recipe that we use whenever we’re tasked with an unclear challenge to solve or a new product that doesn’t really know how to get started. The Remote Design Sprint compresses months of work into a few days, by gathering inspiration, reframing customer problems, generating solutions and designing according to a feedback loop – testing low-risk prototypes with users rather than sitting in ideation or in meetings about ideas.
The Design Sprint is for you if you are:
- Finding it hard to align with common business objective across all functions
- Working towards unclear goals with constant project scope changes
- Lacking real data on which to base business decisions, relying on endless internal discussions
- Unsure how to start the Innovation Cycle for your product or service experience
We would love to facilitate a Design Sprint with you and your team, to solve experience design challenges together and introduce a culture of experimentation to your organisation.
